Norman Daniels

For many years Norman has had a pastoral role with Poplars, worked in local villages, building relationships with those with and without faith, serving communities practically as well as spiritually, sharing with and supporting churches, church groups and their leaders.

He has pioneered respite care with the local authority, been actively involved with long-term fostering and adoption, worked closely with families and individuals in times of loss, bereavement and personal distress, worked in and for Romania as Director of Poplars (Romania) - a joint Romanian/British charity supporting life-limited children and young people as well as their parents and carers, introduced the work of the charity in schools, universities and with other interested groups, as well as running Induction Days for prospective volunteers.

He is also the author of "A Shared Journey"
